How to upload an NFT from a marketplace?

2 options:
1. Copy the url of the image from OpenSea, Rarible... and paste it to "Upload an image"

OR

2. Save the image from the NFT Marketplace and drop it from your computer.

Are you hiring?

How do I return a product?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means if you don't love something you can send it back to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving it. However, we do not provide shipping labels and you will have to pay to have it shipped back to the warehouse. Please note, all of your returning items MUST BE unused and sent back with original packaging so they can be resold otherwise you will get a partial refund for your returned product. If you are returning sneakers they must be in a bag or a box to protect the sneaker box. Please return your items to:

Insert address. They have no knowledge or authority to make any changes to your order.) Kindly put a note with your order number and name inside the package.

You'll be refunded as soon as your package is accepted by our returns department at the warehouse. Once it is accepted it can take up to 5 working days for the money to be back in your account.
IMPORTANT FOR NON- EU CUSTOMERS: If you are a customer outside of EU please email us support@flownft.co to get a commercial invoice so you can ship your product back and keep it from getting stuck in customers as it enters France.

Can I cancel my order?

Again, maybe. And you need to be fast! Once our warehouse has started picking your products it is impossible to cancel your order. You will need to either receive the products and send them back for a refund or not accept the package at delivery. If you choose to not accept the package, we will charge you a handling fee of 25 euros.

Can I change my order?

Maybe.
This is all about inventory levels that are based by the unique id's, which is connected to our cart system and not our accounting system. Plus, our payment platform is not allowed to capture more money after the initial transaction.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to 32 countries depended on your product: Austria, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
We feel awful that we can't ship worldwide at the moment. We are very sorry for not shipping to your country, but hope to someday ship to you again. If you think we should ship to your location and got this wrong, please send us an email at support@flownft.co and explain why. From time to time, we will circle back on this and talk with our partners at UPS to see if your country makes more sense to open up to again.

Which countries will be paying duties and taxes?

We are only allowed to collect tax in the EU and Norway (as of May 1st). If you live in these countries outside of the EU, you will need to pay taxes and/or duties when the products arrive. This is our best estimate of what will happen for you in each country:
UK
- We pay your taxes, but if your order is over 135 GBP (including shipping) you will be required to pay duties for the products when they arrive. If you spend less than 135 GBP you will not pay anything when it arrives.
USA - If you shop for over 800 USD (including shipping) in one order you will be required to pay taxes and duties on the entire order.
Australia - If you shop for over 775 USD (equivalent to 1000 Australia dollars including shipping) in one order you will be required to pay taxes and duties on the entire order.
Hong Kong - You will be required to pay taxes and duties on your entire order.Israel - If you shop for over 75 USD (including shipping) in one order you will be required to pay taxes and duties on the entire order.
Japan - If you shop for over 90 USD (equivalent of 10,000 yen including shipping) in one order you will be required to pay taxes and duties on the entire order.
Mexico - If you shop for over 50 USD (including shipping) in one order you will be required to pay taxes and duties on the entire order.
Monaco - If you shop for over 150 USD (including shipping) in one order you will be required to pay taxes and duties on the entire order.
New Zealand - You will be required to pay taxes and duties on your entire order.
Singapore - If you shop for over 300 USD (equivalent 400 Singapore dollars including shipping) in one order you will be required to pay taxes and duties on the entire order.
South Africa - You will be required to pay taxes and duties on your entire order.
Switzerland - You will be required to pay taxes and duties on your entire order.
United Arab Emirates - If you shop for over 270 USD (equivalent of 1000 UAE including shipping) in one order you will be required to pay taxes and duties on the entire order.
